บัณฑิตย์ วัฒนกสิวิชช์ หรือ อาจารย์ตู่ หลังจากจบจากสาขาวิชาภาพถ่าย คณะวิจิตรศิลป์ ม.ช. ก็ได้ทำงานสร้างประสบการณ์เป็นช่างภาพที่นิตยสารแพรว และนิตยสารทุกหัวในเครืออมรินทร์พริ้นติ้ง ทำให้มีการสร้างสรรค์งานภาพถ่ายและพัฒนาตัวเองจนมีทักษะที่แกร่งกล้าและเข้มข้นพร้อมที่จะออกมาถ่ายทอดแก่เยาวชนผู้รักการถ่ายภาพที่ภาควิชาถ่ายภาพ คณะวิจิตรศิลป์ ม.ช. และแน่นอนว่านอกจากการถ่ายภาพแล้ว งานสิ่งพิมพ์ งานกราฟฟิก กระบวนการสร้างสรรค์งานสิ่งพิมพ์ ก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในองค์ความรู้ที่ได้ถ่ายทอดแก่นักศึกษา จนเป็นที่มาของชื่อ อจต หรือ AJT


อจต ไม่ได้หยุดอยู่แค่ที่ภาพนิ่งเท่านั้น เขาศึกษาเพิ่มเติมด้านภาพเคลื่อนไหวด้วยการเข้าอบรมที่จัดโดย Blackmagic Design ในโครงการ “Train the Trainer” (T3) ตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกและเป็น DaVinci Resolve Certified Trainer จนถึงปัจจุบัน
